The tipster is a private individual (not a real estate agent, property developer or similar)
The recommended property is currently unknown to us
The property is not for sale or rent to the public
There is no brokerage contract with another estate agency
The property is not a forced sale property
The recommended property comes from a new customer (no existing contacts at Forner Wichern Immobilien)
The sale takes place through us and is notarised

The tipster commission is only paid after the successful sale of the property by Forner Wichern Immobilien and after notarisation of the purchase contract. The commission refers to 10% of the net brokerage commission that we receive as an estate agent. There is no entitlement if the above conditions are not met.
